Running Around

Bennett has moved from walking to running (that was fast), and we can't keep the kid out of anything. He has also transitioned into the oh-so-wonderful toddler temper tantrum phase.  It's my favorite.
In addition to Bennett's new mobilization skills, our family has done some running around together.  For Spring Break, we enjoyed a trip home to see our families.  Bennett had fun playing with both sets of grandparents.

We got to see cousin Bowen and his family for the first time since August. The boys were so cute together!
This is Bennett's makeshift high chair at Grandma Achatz's house.
We took Bennett to a community Easter egg hunt.  He didn't really get the idea and just wanted to run around with the other kids.  I guess he thinks candy is pretty overrated. Good boy.

He did a lot better the next day after the Easter bunny came to our house.  It took him a few days to find all the hidden goodies.

Bennett and Ryan hanging out.  I had to post this picture because of Bennett's awesome "bed head."

All dressed up for church.  I think this was the same day he was inadvertently sustained as the ward executive secretary because they mixed up his name with Ryan's.  The bishop said that he appreciated Bennett's willingness to serve but that he did have to have the Melchizedek Priesthood to hold that calling.

Now that the weather has been nicer, we are trying to take our little man out to play.  Unfortunately, we don't have a yard and are hesitant to move until we know what our plans are . . . so we trek up to the park.

 He absolutely LOVES the swings.

 Until next time!
