This is our elf, Lucy, who came from the North Pole to help Santa keep tabs on the Achatz kids. The first thing Bennett did each morning was search for her new hiding spot.
Eden started eating solid food! I love watching babies eat food for the first time because they make the cutest faces. She loves rice cereal and does much better with solids than her big brother did.
Eden is such an easy-going baby. For instance, when her hair bow falls down
into her eyes, she just hangs out and doesn't make a fuss.
It was so fun this year watching Bennett discover the snow. He didn't know it was cold, so he stuck his bare hands right in a snowbank. He was shocked and dismayed.
Later we went out to play in the proper gear.
Eden will grab anything in reach. Yom. Yom.

We ran out of time to make graham cracker houses before Christmas, so we did it after. Ryan went all out and made a temple. Yes, the angel Moroni is a cinnamon bear.

for all of our junk was one of the best things I've ever done!!!
He loves it, and the mess is no longer in the middle of the living room. :)
We all got sick TWICE over Christmas break.
Eden blew snot bubbles every time she sneezed. . .
. . . and Bennett fell asleep on his first day of Primary
and had to come home early. :( Poor little guy.

Bennett likes to bring Eden EVERY SINGLE ONE of her
toys to play with. He's such a thoughtful kid.
